The steps
Fill your cart
Add cupcake boxes from the menu, or build your own cake or box with your flavours, a reference photo and any notes.
Choose a date
At checkout, pick one date for the whole order. The calendar only shows dates with room left and enough notice.
Pay the deposit
Send 50% by InstaPay and upload the screenshot. Your date is held straight away.
I review & confirm
Within 24 hours I confirm your order and the final price for custom designs.
Payment
All payments are by InstaPay. You pay a 50% deposit when you place your order, and the remaining 50% early in the morning on your delivery or pickup day.
Prices on the menu are starting prices. For custom designs, I confirm the final price when I review your order. If you'd rather not go ahead at the final price, you get your deposit back in full.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup is from Maadi. You'll get the exact address and pickup details once your order is confirmed.
Delivery is by Uber, and you pay the Uber fare. On some days I can deliver myself; then there's a delivery fee depending on your area. I'll confirm your delivery cost when I review your order.
Questions
How far ahead do I need to order?
At least 4 days for cupcakes and cakes up to 19 cm, and at least 7 days for 27 cm and 30 × 40 cm cakes. Detailed designs may need more time; I'll tell you when I review your order.
Why is my date not available?
Every order is baked by hand, so I only take a few each day. When a day is full, it closes on the calendar. Big cakes take up a whole day on their own.
What's the difference between Classic and Signature?
Signature flavours use richer ingredients, like pistachio, Nutella, Lotus, matcha and carrot. If any flavour in your order is Signature, the order is priced as Signature.
Can I have two flavours in one cake?
Yes, you can choose half and half on larger cakes, each half with its own sponge and filling.
Can I order a single cupcake?
Cupcakes come in boxes of 6 or 12.
Can I order more than one thing?
Yes. Add everything to your cart and check out once, with one date and one delivery for the whole order. Each day I can bake 2 cakes (10, 14 or 19 cm) or cupcake boxes, or 1 big cake on its own, so a bigger order may need to be split across two days.
How do I show you the design I want?
Upload one or more reference photos when you order, and add any details in the notes. The outside of the cake follows your design.
What if you can't take my order?
If I can't take your order, I refund your deposit in full and let you know straight away.
